Very very very useful app! BUT very unstable. BUT PLEASE implement manual selection of prefered connection USB or WiFi .. at least at clients networks, or guest WiFis 90% of connection fail … you have to restart both: Mac App and iOS app multiple times … try again … connect via usb, disconnect … and at some point it will work. So definitely too expensive for that unstable functionality - please improve!

This App ist the perfect companion when working with sketch app.switching between artboards and pages is easy. Unfortunately it doesnt work 90 % of the time because it fails to connect.such an useful app made useless.

I only needed this App for mirroring iPhone 6 artboards - and they dont fit in the screen. Wasted money.

I like the preview on my iPad mini and iPhone 6! Really! It is fast and great. BUT the connection still isn’t stable and robust! It isn’t possible to reconnect within the app once the connection is lost. I have to restart the app every 5 minutes and wait for a new connection in sketch. 5€ is way to much for an app which doesn’t work!

please fix this, this app is cruical for app design development no real good connection everytime i need a reconnet, really annoying...

I love this. I design in Sketch almost every day, and I firmly believe that you dont know if a design works until you see it on an actual device. Mirror lets me do that with far less hassle than other solutions Ive worked with.

Seeing what youre doing real time on the device helps the design process tremendously.

The app description says Sketch Mirror will automatically scale your artwork up or down to fit your device width, but it does not do that. Tested on iPhone 6+ and Sketch Version 3.2.2 (9983). Mirroring an iPhone 5 sized artboard does not automatically scale up to fit the iPhone 6+’s screen. Also, screen update is pretty slow over wifi and unreliable. It will sometimes stop updating and you have to crash/restart the App. It should scale artwork up to the device width, so you can easily scroll up and down to view the height. It will only do this when it’s viewing an artboard with the save native resolution as the device. Howeever, once you pinch to zoom all that is lost and it doesn’t resize itself correctly. Needs much more work.

It’s a great companion app to Sketch when it works, but when it decides that it doesn’t want to work it’s a huge break in your workflow. The problem is that while the image in Sketch initially displays perfectly and fast in Mirror, changes to the Sketch document don’t update in Mirror until it’s completely closed and re-opened. Otherwise it’s a nice app, but this one issue is often a real pain.

This is fantastic tool . . . when it works. But on my healthy LAN, it often lags or drops connection and I have to manually re-connect. eg. every 5 mins, which is a major disruption to workflow. Please fix the network connection issues? thanks.

I love sketch. It’s so good. Sketch mirror though causes me no end of frustration, I lose hours a week fighting with this to sync up. Usually its faster if I just airdrop a photo to my phone to look at it. Please sketch I want to look at this on my device…and not have to wait minutes for a sync. It wouldn’t even need a live sync, a push to device button would be fine...

sketch is such a great program and this just leaves me shaking my head. How could someone release this…. for day to day work its a joke.

The app is wonderful when it works. The problem is that it doesn’t work. I’ve spent more time trying to get this app to work than I would if I was to recreate the app.

Seriously, why did I pay for this, it works maybe 20% of the time, can you refund me 20% of my money please?

disconnect every 2min. waiting for update for ages

Keeps disconnecting after 10 seconds, or stops updating the screen. Big disappointment, given that the desktop software is such a great one.

It should save the last screens so that we can look at them while we are not working on them. Other than that, its a perfect app.
